　　2.機柜設計。在設計機柜時，需要考慮機柜的內部結構，如方孔條的間距和位置，以及機柜的高度和深度。標準19英寸機柜中一對方孔條的孔距是固定的466mm。機柜的高度由U數和余量決定，而深度則取決于機箱的尺寸和滑軌的使用。

　　2. Cabinet design. When designing a cabinet, it is necessary to consider the internal structure of the cabinet, such as the spacing and position of square hole bars, as well as the height and depth of the cabinet. The hole spacing of a square hole bar in a standard 19 inch cabinet is fixed at 466mm. The height of the cabinet is determined by the number of U and safety margin, while the depth depends on the size of the chassis and the use of the rails.

　　3.鈑金機箱外殼設計。鈑金機箱外殼需要合理展開以節省材料和便于加工，同時注意間隙和包邊方式。設計時還需考慮公差、毛刺方向、折彎角內半徑等因素。
