檢查方法為：應(yīng)用絕緣拉桿，將其一段牢固頂在配電變壓器上，從另一端聽取配電變壓器發(fā)出的聲響，對是否存在雜音進(jìn)行判斷。如果此時聽到了“噼啪”聲，則說明配電變壓器運(yùn)行過程中，產(chǎn)生了擊穿鐵芯的故障；如果所聽到的噪聲非常沉重，且聲音偏大，則說明配電變壓器處于負(fù)荷電流過大的運(yùn)行狀態(tài)下；如果噪聲聲調(diào)較高，同時伴有尖銳的聲響，則說明配電變壓器的鐵芯處于過飽和狀態(tài)，且電源電壓相對較高。

而正常運(yùn)行狀態(tài)下的配電變壓器，其油位通常在1/4～3/4之間，如果油位異常，很可能是漏油導(dǎo)致的。因此，工作人員必須及時對設(shè)備進(jìn)行檢查；正常運(yùn)行狀態(tài)下的配電變壓器，油色為淺黃色，在一段時間的運(yùn)行后會轉(zhuǎn)變成淺紅色，如果顏色加深，說明設(shè)備產(chǎn)生了氧化和老化問題。
