在仿威圖機柜生產過程中，焊接是必須的工序之一。要保證這道工序的加工質量就要注意以下幾點。

焊接前的準備工作：焊接勞動保護用品要穿戴整齊，對焊接設備、焊條等進行檢查，是否符合規定要求，有無運轉不靈的問題；焊件上的鐵銹、油脂及水分等，應潔凈。

Preparation before welding: the welding labor protection articles should be dressed neatly, and the welding equipment and welding rod should be checked to see whether they meet the requirements and whether they are not working properly; Rust, grease and moisture on weldment shall be removed and cleaned.

預處理焊縫坡口的底子尺度：焊縫坡口要合理，這樣才能夠確保尺度精度，以削減焊接變形

核準工藝參數：焊接的工藝參數，主要有焊條直徑、焊接電流、焊接電壓以及焊接速度等

Approved process parameters: welding process parameters, mainly including electrode diameter, welding current, welding voltage and welding speed

要充分了解焊接的結構：焊條應能夠確保進入焊接區，并且要歪斜45度才行。在焊接時，不允許進行長焊縫接連焊接，應進行交替斷續焊接，避免呈現熱變形，影響焊縫的焊接質量。

To fully understand the welding structure: the electrode should be able to enter the welding area, and to skew 45 degrees. During welding, it is not allowed to carry out continuous welding of long welds, but intermittent welding should be carried out alternately to avoid thermal deformation and affect the welding quality of welds.
